Villa Monda’da harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Ev sahibimiz Ayşe Hanım son derece samimi, nazik ve mahremiyetimize son derece saygılıydı. Ev inanılmaz derecede temizdi ve her detay düşünülmüştü. Mutfağın tam donanımlı olması ve her odada temiz çarşaf, yastık ve battaniye bulunması çok konforlu bir konaklama sağladı. Ekim sonu geceleri dışarıda hava serin olmasına rağmen odalardaki klimalar sayesinde ısınma sorunu yaşamadık. Ayşe Hanım’a ve böyle keyifli bir evi sunduğu için teşekkür ederiz. İzmir’e tekrar geldiğimde bölgedeki ilk tercihim olacak!

Apartamento muy cómodo, amplio y funcional. Con lavavajillas y lavarropas. Ubicado muy cerca de la bahía, con medios de transporte cercano. Hay escaleras. Nuray excelente como anfitriona. Volveremos!!!

Konak harika, tam olarak o dönemde ve evde gibi hissediyorsunuz! Tek sorun Cumartesi sabah 9’ da yan binadan gelen keman/piyano/davul sesine uyanmak biraz rahatsız edici.

Ev sahibimiz çook ilgiliydi. Her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldular. Esnek giriş imkanı sundukları için de ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok keyifli bir tatil oldu! 🌸

We had a great stay at Sarp’s place! He was very responsive and welcomed us personally when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Communication throughout was clear and easy. The home is in a great location with easy access to the tram and the baywalk. We came as a family with toddler twins who really enjoyed the spacious layout, the big TV, and the large picture window overlooking the park’s playground. It was a comfortable and convenient spot for our trip—highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Onur war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!

İlteriş Bey iyi bir ev sahibi. Kendimizi bir Sanat galerisinde gibi hissettik. Son derece güzel tablolar içinde konaklamamızı gerçekleştirdik. Temiz düzenli ve girişi çok kolay bir yerdi, park sorunu yoktu. Tekrar konaklamak dileğiyle.

Tras köpüğünden ütü masasına kadar bir evde olması gereken herşey mevcuttu.Temizlik ve hijyen kurallarina uyulmustu. Bölge sakın ve otopark sorunu yoktu. Standartların üzerinde bir konaklama oldu. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadan Sürekli gönül rahatlığıyla konakladığımız bir yer. Günay bey çözüm odaklı ve çok ilgi alakalı bir ev sahibi çok memnun kaldık.

Great apartments nearby by metro station, but quiet and peaceful. Apartments was clean and nice, building is new and modern. Location is super, 3 min from metro station and 7 min walk to Izmir gulf. A lot of nice restaurants around. We spend nice holidays with family, thanks the host. It was one of our best vacations in Turkey. Total recommendation.

The apartment is good for one or a couple. Nice place, good view, easy check-in, friendly host

Herşey on numaraydı, ilk airbnb deneyimime göre beklentimin çok üzerinde bir deneyim ve rahatlık yaşadım. Evin temizliği, düzeni, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek herşeyin mevcut ve ulaşılabilir olması kendimi evimdeymişim gibi hissettirdi. Çağlar beye sunduğu hizmet ve sohbeti için ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.

I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

Lovely stay. Got picked up from the airport, which was hugely appreciated as I was a bit worried about getting a taxi in the evening. Very nice chats. Amazing view of the sea. Comfortable bed.

Ev İzmir'in en güzel sitelerinden biri diyebilirim, gerek konumu gerek güvenliği ve gerekse manzara paha biçilemez. Ev Sahibi Çağrı Bey, canayakım sıcakkanlı çok iyi bir insan. Her sorunuza anında cevap veriyor. Kendimi kendi evimdeymişim gibi hissettim. Kendisine Çok teşekkür ediyorum ilk ziyaretim değildi son da olmayacak. Her şey için Teşekkürler.

Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war klein aber fein. Völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Als Bonus hat man noch die Aussicht.

İlk deneyimim olması sebebiyle doa yı biraz fazla darladim ona rağmen hep nazik ve yardımsever olmaya özen gösterdi sağolsun harika biri indirimde yaptı çok sevindim . Ev sahibi çok ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Çevre ile ilgili yönlendirmelerde de bulundu. Evin içi kusursuzdu, ihtiyacımız olan herşey evde mevcuttu. Ürünler çok kaliteli ve temizdi. Konumu merkeze çok yakındı, heryere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Yazın tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Kusursuz hizmetleri için çok teşekkür ederiz
