What a gorgeous, authentic beach house. This isn’t a place that has been just done up to AirBnb - It has all the charm and character of a genuine family holiday house - With the most spectacular views! The master bedroom is HUGE with its own kitchenette, WIR and ensuite. The house is well laid out and they have thought of everything to make it comfortable for a families stay - from the coffee machine (although with the coffee shop a one-minute walk from the bedroom at the jetty I would just go down there) to the fridge with an ice machine to the basket loaded with wood to have an open fire. We have rented many places in Mossy Point and this was our favourite. And Kaylyn is amazing - The speed at which she replies and the care she has put into every detail to make your stay amazing is well appreciated. Highly recommend a stay here.

We loved our weekend getaway at Tracey’s place. The tiny home had all of the amenities needed and was nestled in a quiet and peaceful location that looked over a small reserve and lake. Tracey was very welcoming and provided plenty of instructions and guidance before we had even arrived. Great option for an individual or couple who are looking for a quiet and secluded getaway down the coast. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this accommodation. Deborah and her husband were very friendly and helpful hosts, recommending many useful tips and local attractions. The view from the garden and fire pit area over the lake is absolutely beautiful, and we spent much of the evenings enjoying it. The use of their kayaks to explore the water is a fantastic additional feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable and fantastically put together. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing trip away. We definitely plan to visit again!

Catherine was a fantastic host and their place is phenomenal. I stayed here with my pup and he absolutely loved the large back yard and space, as well as watching the ducks in the creek along the back of the property. This place is very conveniently placed being less than 10 minutes to the beach. The house is very spacious and would love to come back and stay for longer, with friends as it would be a great place to have a luxurious, restful weekend away.

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

Highly recommend the Southbound Escapes e-bike tour with the trip to the Oyster Farmers Daugter’s oyster bar, ride up the coastal trail, and ending with a paddle of beer at Big Niles.
