I highly recommend. The place is better than the description. Very beautiful very tidy. Spacious living room with a huge smart television, aesthetic bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Balcony is private. I believe ''good host's make stays perfect'' and that so happened with us. Dr. Shalaka is super nice and one of the best host's I have ever met. She was so welcoming and made sure that we had a wonderful stay.

I had booked Kavita’s place for wedding guests. The place is very big and very clean. Absolutely loved it. Located in nice quite area of Nashik is very close to many attractions in Nashik. The guests loved how well the house was kept. Recommend to everyone

The place is as it is shown in the pictures, and the host is really helpful. The location is great, peaceful, and quiet. The caretaker is friendly and will arrange almost all whichever you ask them to do. We enjoyed the stay over here and surly looking for another stay over here

If you go to India, this is the place to be! Great spot in a lovely city. The house is big, very clean and got all the things you need and more. Arjun and Rashmi are great hosts, very sweet and helpful, you don't have to ask, they will think with you and help you. The beautiful thing is, Arjun and Rashmi enjoy doing that. Shantanu is an exceptional host and his apartment is absolutely fantastic! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and equipped with every amenity we could have needed. He was extremely responsive and readily available to help, especially during an unexpected emergency. Shantanu's friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend his apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. He definitely deserves the Superhost status!

The Villa was awesome and very spacious with beautiful surroundings. Ideal for a group of friends or families. It’s much better than the photos. The caretaker Vishnu was very helpful and always available if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend you to book this place if you’re looking to have a good and peaceful time.

The place is very well maintained, clean, well furnished, great host. The patio is very calm at night, nice area to just hang. We friends had a great time. The care taker was little off though. Seems like she was pissed as we pressed the calling bell as the entrance door code was not working. She didn’t even say us anything when we were handing over the keys 😅

There was a caretaker who helped us a lot. He provided extra mattresses and blankets for my friends. The place was at a location completely surrounded by nature on all sides and we were so happy to get it at such a good price. The caretaker also let us keep our bags there for some extra time while we took a tour in Soma and Sula wines. The lake around it was amazing and we loved the stay end to end. Great Airbnb.
