Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Your hosts occupy a small apartment above the garage that is seperate from the main home when they are not traveling. We do not interact with guests unless requested but are always available if needs arise.
