Unser 78m² großes Gästehaus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Zentrum der Wohnung bildet das geräumige Wohn-/Esszimmer. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschplatz und WC. Daneben gibt es noch ein seperates Gäste WC. Die geräumige Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Induktions-Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine und einem Kühlschrank mit separaten Tiefkühlfächern.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen.
