The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

Located in Neggio, 5 minutes from Magliaso / Agno and 20 minutes from Lugano by car. It boasts a splendid garden overlooking the lake and is located in a very quiet hilly area.
