I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Colombo. The host Deen was great and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Very responsive to messages and also very accomadating allowing us to check out a bit later than the check out time . For the area, you are quite close to a lake. Not too much around in the way of restaurants but about 20 min walk away from the area around Viharamahadevi Park and Cinnamon Gardens, a nice walk through narrow streets. Apartment itself was really nice, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with large shower and a lounge/kitchen area. It's on the top floor of an office block. The security guard who is there 24/7 is really friendly and enjoying chatting to him. We felt safe coming and going.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Colombo without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.

This apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of Colombo’s vibrant city life!! If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Pushpa’s place is well presented and lovely to stay in. The apartment has everything you may need and is perfectly situated close to the airport for your first night/last night in Sri Lanka. Pushpa herself is an incredibly kind and responsive host, and even let me stay at the place after checkout, as my flight is not until the evening. Thank you Pushpa!

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at a Crown Hosted place, and once again, it was a great experience. Co-Host Adrian was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. There are plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and the location makes it very convenient to travel anywhere in Colombo. Highly recommended!

The caretaker Damayanthi and her family were the highlight of my stay in Sri Lanka. Extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant - I'm looking forward to staying with them and seeing them again. As for the place there were some issues with soundproofing from the upstairs apartment, which I've been told have since been fixed. The layout is such that you have to walk through the outside area to get to the bathroom and kitchen. The second bedroom with a bunk bed is part of the same room as the kitchen only separated by a curtain - ok to stay for a night or two, but not suitable for longer stays. What was missing for me was a table or workspace inside, although there is a table in the outdoor dining/living room terrace area. Overall, if you're traveling alone or as couple it's a nice to place to stay for a few days when first arriving in Sri Lanka. I enjoyed my stay, particularly due to the generous hospitality of Damayanthi and her family.

I had an amazing stay at Pushpa’s property the past 3 nights. The place is in a truly beautiful setting, very tranquil and close to the beach. The host was friendly, responsed quickly to any questions aI had plus offered some good local recommendations. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious and good value for money quite frankly. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back one day to explore Sri Lanka more.

Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

I had a wonderful stay at Eresha’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described and had all the essential amenities. It was peaceful and a lovely home. It’s away from all the hustle and bustle and if you’re looking for a nice stay this place is great for 2 people. Eresha was very responsive and was quick to resolve any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and would recommend this to anyone looking for a short term stay. The host was very helpful and made sure they could accommodate all our requests. Great apartment and a fantastic host, I would stay again.

Brilliant stay! This was my first time using Airbnb in Sri Lanka, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured. I felt incredibly secure thanks to the gate security. Having two clean and tidy bathrooms and bedrooms was a major plus. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main road, and the proximity to the airport was very convenient. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host, JJ. Their communication was outstanding, with prompt and helpful responses to all my queries. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.

Luckmika is a 5 star host! Excellent communication and incredibly accommodating. He was always willing to go out of his way to make our stay perfect and was super helpful in giving us recommendations. We had a lot of questions and he always answered quickly. The place is a little gem! Lovely apartment in a quiet area with 24/7 security and walkable to many amenities. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
