A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Great spacious place with family and great host

We had a great weekend staying here in April. It was a great location for a day spent touring wineries in the Hunter Valley. The home was spacious and well equipped and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

A beautifully presented home, perfect for all the family, complete with a fabulous open plan living area and pool. Large, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. A two minute walk to a stunning beach. A great location and great hosts. We absolutely loved our stay!

Beautifully furnished and equipped home in a great location for exploring the Hunter Valley. Yon & Pamela are friendly, responsive hosts with lots of great winery and restaurant recommendations. Really enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

Angela, you have a beautiful house! Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking utensils, condiments, herbs and spices. One small downside was the squeaky doors which can be easily fixed with WD40. Waking up early every morning without waking the family was a struggle. I believe those white circles things on the walls are night lights? None of them were working. Very hard to see at night. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a nice and relaxing beach holiday. Beach is 5mins drive and a brand new playground was just recent built.

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

Geoff’s place was great. It had everything we needed, location was perfect, and it was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully renovated, close to vineyards and amenities. Comfortable beds and lounge and very well equipped kitchen private backyard. Would thoroughly recommend if you are interested in visiting the hunter valley wine region.

Sharon was friendly and accommodating. She left us a bottle of wine and some Anzac cookies that she baked herself which was very nice of her. The house was very clean and we missed nothing there. I would warmly recommend this stay.

I’ve stayed here twice with my furbabies and it’s a great pitstop on a long road trip. Super clean, private, easy check in. A nice little yard for the animals as well. Shower is lovely and it’s great having the two bedrooms with ensuite’s.

We enjoyed our stay at Travis’s place. It was well situated and tidy.

The house was very nice and in a great location for anyone with dog's. Only 5 minutes walk to the dog friendly beach and half an hour's walk into town. As we haven't been to the area before, Clare's recommendations of things to do were excellent for the whole family.

As soon as we drove in the driveway we knew we picked the perfect place. The house is beautifully presented has everything that you need for your stay. We loved the firepit it was just so peaceful. The kids loved feeding the horses. Thankyou Heidi for sharing your house and property its beautiful.

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

Jordan’s place was at a great location in Nelson Bay, place was as described and perfect for a get away with a group of friends! Jordan was very helpful, definitely highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a lovely peaceful stay at Jen’s house. It was brilliant. Sparkling clean, had everything we needed. The BBQ was great. It was so relaxing. Our little dog loved his stay too. Jen is a fantastic host

Edith's place was very cozy and homey. Check in was flexible and the place was big and have a designated parking space. Have plenty of kitchenwares as well. We get to use the wine glass just nice for our take home wine from our wine tasting trip in Hunter Valley. 😁

Had a great stay here, the house was clean, easy to find and get in and close enough to everything but still in a quiet area.
