Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

The house is in a quiet street close to Dutchies' Beach which is great for young families. ( 2 min. walk) The town centre of Nelson Bay with its shops, cinema, restaurants and marina is only a 15 minutes' walk along the foreshore track. Which is also great for bike riding. The beautiful ocean beaches are about 10 minutes drive away. The house is cozy and comfortable for families and couples
