Home Away From Home is 850 square feet, 2 bedrooms w/ full kitchen, bath, laundry, newly done. We are close to beautiful views, and nice restaurants.Cazenovia Lake has parks, boating and swimming. Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

Country Lodge: Hot Tub, Waterfalls, Pond, & Views

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. There is plenty of wildlife to admire while you are sitting on the elevated deck in the summer or looking out any of the 4 bay windows in the winter. If you like adventure, the property is adjacent to a reservoir that offers fishing spots and miles of hiking trails.

Lake activities for our guests run from the Colgate Boathouse — short walk down Frank Road or quick drive to its dedicated parking lot. Self-serve kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests.
