The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Berlin but is nevertheless close to the center. You will love my accommodation because of your cozy room in a nice town house. You not only have a cozy bed here, but a wonderful garden, where you can linger in the summer, a pool and a cappuccino every morning. I myself live also with my dog (Golden Retriever) in the house . My accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families and furry friends.

The room is located in a city villa, about 10 kilometers from the city center. With the S-Bahn (line S2 , S8 or S26) or the bus (line 150, 154 or 158) you are in about 25 minutes in the city center. I rent a large room with a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and you can, after enjoying the hectic city life, relax in my garden.Two bicycles are after reservation at your disposal

Unser Haus befindet sich am Rande Berlins in Kleinmachnow. Die Lage in Südwesten Berlins bietet die Möglichkeit, sehr schnell sowohl Richtung Potsdam als auch nach Berlin zu fahren. Wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist, kommt man in 10 Minuten mit der Buslinie 623 nach Zehlendorf und von dort aus hat man die Möglichkeit nach Potsdam, Wannsee oder eben nach Berlin weiterzufahren.

Welcome to our restored 1930s house! We welcome overnight guests who would like to enjoy our large garden and heated pool (during the summer months). The house and garden are not available for parties. We rent out a room with a bathroom and are happy to offer all other facilities to our overnight guests: barbecue, pool, kitchen, etc. We look forward to seeing you!

Our 220sqm house was build by famous architect Werner March. It is situated in Berlins wealthy Westend, which is part of Charlottenburg. It is central but rural and situated next to a huge natural reserve where you can enjoy your walk.
