Newly renovated w/modern touches in a vintage townhome in Midtown Brandywine, one of the best residential neighborhoods in the city: quiet, safe, plenty of on-street parking. You will have the entire apartment w/ fully equipped kitchen, private bath, living room with flat screen tv & fold out couch, and bedroom with luxury queen mattress and bedding. Work from home ready with desk, chair and high speed Wi-Fi provided. Shared laundry in basement.

Large suite. Private entrance. Very quiet space - perfect for relaxing. Queen size bed, full private bath, hot tub, sofa bed (twin)- VERY comfy. (There is an extra charge for a third person per night.) Working wood stove, kitchen area with frig, microwave, hot plate, etc. Nine acres and a pond to explore. Fishing allowed. Please note that there are steps on flagstone leading to the suite and there is a step down from the bathroom. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.
