The Manor House is set in 50 acres on the Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire boarders. The Pond Barn is on its own, in a secluded spot next to the duck pond, looking out over the fields. A cosy and tastefully equipped Shepherds Hut in a stunning south facing position with stunning outlook over our paddocks and located within the beautiful New Forest National Park. Enjoy fabulous sunsets while relaxing on your secluded deck. Tranquil and rural but having the convenience of a short walk to Sway village with 2 great pubs, cafe, local shops and the train station, providing good connections to London and local villages, all this only a few minutes walk from the hut.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
