Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This quaint home has a full kitchen, dining room, laundry, and freshly remodeled bathroom. It has 2 small bedrooms with full beds and a king size bed in the living room. The back deck is very private and was uniquely built around the trees. There is free Wifi provided, but there is no TV. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside at this property.

Newly remodeled interior (we are still working on the outside!!) two blocks from Walmart and two blocks from Washington Street. Good parking on and off street. Wonderful open floor plan to host a family or just a comfortable place to stay. Two wineries and a working dairy (Shatto Milk Co.) close by. The bedroom hosts a spacious king size bed, and the living room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include washer, dryer, Fast Wi-Fi and a 65" flat screen television.

This dreamy tiny home is the perfect getaway. Located just 8 miles from the Quilt Town of Hamilton. Featuring a twin size daybed/sofa on the main level and a full size bed in the loft. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. TV with DVD player (and movies to pick from) and a nice selection of books. Located on a 1/2 acre lot with a park across the street and library a block away.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.

As we are surrounded by multiple small towns & just a few miles from a couple conservation areas: Emmett and Leah Seat Memorial Conservation Area & The Grand Trace Conservation Area.
