Absolutely Magical Stay! I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. The highlight, hands down, was the serene lake right in the backyard—waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee with that view felt like a dream. We especially loved the complimentary kayaks! Paddling around the lake during sunset was pure magic—calm waters, golden skies, and total tranquility. It felt like our own private retreat away from the world. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super cozy. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a relaxing solo getaway, or a fun adventure with friends, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a great location for our family of 7. There were enough beds, good amenities, and it was a great location to get down to the Connecticut River. It was centrally located and we were able to explore many cities in CT due to the location. The hosts were extremely responsive and the home was well-maintained.

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! Brought my girls there as a little get away in preparation for my wedding day. Jhismery was responsive so quickly and so accommodating with some questions I had. Stunning view of the lake and the house had this homey feel to it. I would book it again as a weekend getaway again!

Enjoyed a perfect 4 night stay on Candlewood Isle with our family. We loved the house’s amazing lake views with full windows! Great spaces to relax and nice tucked away corners for quiet also. The mattresses were extra comfortable! Easily accessible to local towns for good dining. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area. Smooth seamless stay!

Yasmina was such a great host! We stayed at the Airbnb for our wedding weekend. The house made the whole weekend a perfect one! Would absolutely recommend! Thank you again for all of your help Yasmina!

We've stayed at Mae's lovely house several times, in many different seasons, and once again it did not disappoint. Excellent fireplace, comfortable furnishings, nicely equipped kitchen, stylish bathroom. And the gorgeous view of the pond and its abundant birdlife is always a treat. We can't wait for our next visit!

Mariza's house was not only beautiful on the inside, but on the outside aswell. We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped foot into her home. We had lots of room for everyone, which was nice. I would highly recommend it!

The cottage was just as described and what you see in the photos is what you get. Hector was very responsive when I reached out to him. It was very comfortable and clean. Looking forward to being back and shared the listing with friends and family.

El lugar súper impecable limpio y ordenado. Todos los servicios estuvieron disponibles. En la cocina privada encuentras lo básico y mínimo para poder desayunar en casa con comodidad. La cocina comunitaria súper limpia y equipada. Hay secadora de cabello, suficientes toallas y todo el lugar es muy limpio. Silencioso y tranquilo. Solo falta TV en la habitación. Por todo lo demás es A1. Súper recomendado.

This was our 2nd stay at Andrea’s place. Very peaceful and convenient location for our visits to Connecticut. We come to visit family but the small river towns like Deep River offer much to do and excellent restaurants to boot. We highly recommend Andreas property!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

Great communication. Great space. very beautiful home and outdoors. perfect if you have kids. We used the playground and grill. Very flexible, easy to reach and very friendly.

My husband and I stayed at the Waterview over Valentine's wknd. Instructions were precise, everything looked like the pics, and even better. Unit was simply but beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable with stunning views of Lake Zoar. We had a small issue upon arrival but Kristi was super prompt with a resolve and was kind and professional. A Winter storm was in effect and she was flexible with our arrival time and exit for our safety, which meant alot. We slept like babies to the sounds of owls hoo'ing and icy rain hitting the snow covered lake, which even at night was just stunning. I woke up early to watch the snow and ice melt from the lake...it really was a magical thing to behold. I saw deer tracks and was sorry I missed them. Saw mallards and several GORGEOUS hooded merganser, as well as several different species of birds flying over. If you love nature and gorgeous spaces that feel like home, book the Waterview. We hope to revisit in warmer months. Thank u Kristi

Went to locate a go to place for me to reset from life’s nonsense and this was the most healing environment in a peaceful cozy house.

Ricardo’s place was truly incredible. It’s such a cozy, clean and convenient spot located in a very good area. Had everything you need and have a very home-like feel. I was visiting my girlfriend for our anniversary and the weather wasn’t the greatest outside but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were comfortable cooking and eating at home and we had everything to make that happen. Ricardo and his wife were so kind and flexible with us. We would love to come back in the summertime and fully enjoy their spot again because there are great views in the backyard by the water. Well worth the price of admission. Thank you Ricardo and family. We will definitely be back if you’ll have us! Cheers 🥂

Kimberly was a wonderful host. She promptly answered any questions we had concerning the reservation. She made sure our stay was comfortable. She even went above beyond by leaving complimentary snacks.

The house was perfect. I felt right at home. Beautiful views. 5 min from town and my family. A view of East Hampton I have never seen. Host was easy to get a hold of. It was a home away from home. I plan to stay again if available when i need it.

Sweet Dotties Cottage was better than expected. It was right on the water and even had a dock for our boat. It was very clean and exactly as described. The screened in porch was great at night. I highly recommend and will be visiting this property again.

Had a really wonderful time here for my friends’ trip. Kimberly was a communicative and amazing host, and the cottage was clean and well-stocked. The location is also perfect if you are hoping to enjoy some peace and relaxation, with nearby parks and trails available for exploration.

Christienne was very responsive and helpful, the house was just as described and the location was so peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately I had to shorten my stay but I would absolutely be back if the opportunity presents itself.

What a beautiful weekend in a beautiful, cozy space! We felt immediately at home. The view from the cottage is even more stunning than the pictures. You can tell Donna really cares about this space by all the little touches and details. It was spotlessly clean and the couch is so comfortable! We loved sitting out on the deck by the fire pit and enjoying the fall foliage. Nearby Chester, CT was a trip highlight for us as well. We’d love to make a repeat visit!

Our family of five loved staying at Yoka and Val's place. The location is very quiet with a peaceful pond across the street. The house itself is very clean and comfortable with everything you need - towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and spices - easily available. The beds were also very comfortable. The best part, of course, was the private hot tub in the back yard. It was set in a canopy for extra privacy and wind protection. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

Our stay at the Lake House Cabin was nothing short of magical! This charming 1940s cabin offered the perfect backdrop for celebrating my wife's birthday with our adult children. The stunning views of the lake were a highlight, providing a serene and picturesque setting that made our family gatherings truly special. We loved the easy access to kayaks and a canoe, which allowed us to explore the water and create lasting memories together. The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with family and enjoy nature, I can't recommend this lake house highly enough. We left with full hearts and plans to return!
