We have pigs, sheep, goats, horses, cows, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, peacocks, guinea pigs, bunnies, & dogs.

Bannister Getaway is perfect for a relaxing/romantic getaway with wonderful north-facing ocean views. It’s a very big and quiet studio. You can walk to lots of lovely places. It's a 10-minute stroll down a beautiful bush track to Narrawallee Beach and 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

One of the only listings to have a pool in Kiama Downs. Pet-friendly, large space for 2 people with a kitchenette, fridge, combined dining, and living area with a bedroom with a queen bed. Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
