Near Bonnie Doon this is a spacious basic farm stay for up to 18 guests. It is a step up from camping. Perfect for family groups, reunions, and getaways with large communal living areas and private bedrooms. Enjoy wide open farmland, lake access nearby, and a true country experience(dust & flies sometimes), close to Mansfield. I am happy to do one night bookings with a surcharge just ask. Our custom designed and built pool side units are near new. Construction finished in November 2016. These units are high end luxury units including T.V's commercial bar fridges. The spacious hardwood (Jarrah) decks overlooks our contemporary style new concrete heated pool and BBQ area. The units have off street parking, with space for boat trailer to be stored. Only 50m walk to the waterfront, and Convenient store next door. We are also 5 minute walk to the Town Center or RSL club.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Sofa bed in lounge area, will be an additional cost. STRICTLY NO PETS

Central location, skiing in winter, biking in summer! Light filled 1 bedroom/Studio with some cooking facilities. Suits couple, small family, couple + 1. Squishy for 4 adults. ***winter 2026 is byo towels and linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price is altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen and towels please ask and I can arrange.
