Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Our treehouse is a haven of well-being, peace, and elegance. In our stunning modern treehouse we have brought relaxation to a whole new level. Surrounded amongst us is nothing but woods & wildlife. An experience not to be missed. Put your favorite movie on the projector, get Zen in the cozy sun room, jam out to music on the record player, or grab a towel, and head for the custom cedar hot tub. It is time to create core memories that will never be forgotten. Welcome to a little slice of heaven.

Trailside Home in East Burke

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

The Kingdom A-Frame

Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Vermont North East Kingdom Lakefront Hideaway

Soak up lake life as you bask in coffee and magic sunrises right outside your window. Right on the VAST trails, location is perfect for two to three snowmobiler’s or two couple’s by request. The lake only 40 feet away, nesting loons and moose, great fishing. Canoes and kayaks at the ready. This classic pine "camp" style apartment will be your ultimate hideaway in Vermont. Fully sanitized private apartment, Entire downstairs, private outside entrance. Gorgeous window sunrise lake views.

Welcome to our little slice of paradise! Before booking, please be aware that the “road” in is bumpy and rough. If your car is off the ground and, even better, AWD, you will be fine …but there is a chance that you will prefer to hike in. (We have a wagon.) Please be aware that if it is raining you will likely need AWD. The road gets super slick in the rain. This is a manageable hike, about 10 minutes. Please bring firewood and drinking water. The yurt does not have electricity or wifi.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Built as our family's dream home in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, this handcrafted retreat sits on 5 private acres with stunning sunset views of Sutton Ridge. Minutes from Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, and Lake Willoughby, it's the perfect basecamp for adventure or relaxation. Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, game room, gas fireplace, and room for the whole family. We built much of the interior ourselves and are excited to share this special place with you!

NEK Adventure house- 10 min to kingdom trails

NEK adventure house is a unique A-frame style house located on 3.5 acres of property. It features a full kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, as well as a cozy living room space. This A-frame is located off of a private road and a peaceful area minutes from Kingdom trails, Burke mountain, VAST trail system and lake Willoughby.
