Guest can explore Grand Island or take a sunset cruise out of Munising Bay, 5 miles west of the cabin.

Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the screened in porch attached to the cabin. There’s a fire pit right out front with firewood available on premise. Relax and destress.

Empire Sleeping Cabin in Grand Marais, MI provides a cozy, restful & rustic experience for the glamper that enjoys a dry, warm and comfortable experience while surrounded by nature. Cabin has wall heater & a king size pillow top bed. "THE HEATED FULL BATHROOM & HALF BATH IS NOT IN THE CABIN" but is located just steps away from the cabin in the large pole barn, and is stocked with hand towels and toiletries to make your "GLAMPING" experience one to remember. We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.
