We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

Brivera by the Sea, a Beautiful Plum Island Escape

Coveted South Island location for your New England beach vacation. Ample yard space for beach and ocean views! 3 min walk to sand, 5 min walk to restaurants & stores at the Island center; 3 min to Parker River Wildlife Refuge; 10 min drive to historic Newburyport. There are enough beds for the whole family to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Fish from the sand, walk or bike the island, visit the Parker River Reserve, or enjoy the fantastic Newbury/Newburyport area with many dining options!

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Nothing Fancy Older Pet Friendly Home – near I-95

Enjoy your very own country living retreat! Our pet friendly home sleeps 8 with a large fenced in yard, so bring the kids & furry friends. There is a big backyard and lots of trees providing privacy. The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

Our 2-story Bungalow is ideal for couples, friends, or professionals seeking a relaxing retreat. The entrance is through a gate and up a set of stairs, and there are also stairs inside the unit. Booking includes a wine tasting and 10% off wine purchases. Pretty Cottage on Plum Island, Newbury MA

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

Ipswich also offers river cruises, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Enjoy the local attractions!
