This 1920’s cottage comes with lofty ceilings, original floorboards and cedar panelling. Two bedrooms, sleeping 5, Central lounge room, full eat in kitchen, modern bathroom with washing machine and sunroom at rear. Walking distance to Gunyah Hotel next door and LMYC around the corner. We are working with the Hotel and Liquor & gaming to reduce noise on W/Ends

Vineyards and numerous golf courses in short distance, local wine tours operators are available . Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.
