Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

Since this is a shared triplex in a quiet residential community, it is suited to kind & quiet groups. 15-20 minute drive to Cape May and Wildwood beaches and boardwalks!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. From our decks overlooking the Delaware Bay enjoy the best Sunsets this side of Key West along with occasional Dolphins, Bald Eagles and a large variety of migrating birds. Take long walks on the beach relaxing to the sound of the waves and seagulls. Enjoy not only the bay but also all the wildlife activity in the dunes right in front of the house. Located just 15 minutes to Historic Downtown Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. Best of all there are THREE ice cream shops nearby!

Come stay at Grandpa's house! Quiet and private century-old renovated farmstead set in 100 peaceful acres on the wild & scenic Maurice River. Great for family getaways, boy's & girl's weekends, or just tromping around in the woods. Enjoy more than an acre of open meadows, canoeing and kayaking from a free boat ramp/parking two miles away! There is a bonfire pit in the old barn ruins. Plenty of room for a trailer, all your friend's cars, and throwing a ball around at the same time!

OASIS Stone Harbor for 12 People + Pool

OASIS Stone Harbor is an authentic "vintage chic" beach house, that is just a block from the ocean and a quick walk or bike ride into town, and it's pet friendly. The OASIS experience is great all summer and as an off-season “retreat” to re-energize mind, body, and spirit. Get your toes in the sand! **NO POOL HEATING FEES!** Our house is a coastal home with a spectacular enclosed in-ground pool, situated beach front directly on the Delaware Bay with unobstructed water views. Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible!

Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! Pool is heated to 82, and will remain open through 10/31/2026. Hot tub on 2nd floor deck is open all year and heated to 104.
