The main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with ample space to entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an Espresso Machine and a breakfast bar. There's also a cozy living room and a large TV. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet.

Fernley Guest Suite/Near NAS Fallon, Reno, Tesla

This private and spacious guest suite with a separate entrance 35 minutes to Reno and the airport; 40 minutes to NAS Fallon. Between guests, we carefully disinfect ALL touchable surfaces and items - doors, drawers, switches, handles, furniture, dishes, linens, etc. - all are sanitized thoroughly. We want to be sure you feel safe and comfortable as possible. In the winter months, November-April, please check road conditions and carry chains; recommend having a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle.

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Our home is located on heart of Downtown Sparks, just three blocks of Highway I-80 & in quiet neighborhood. Walk distance for local breweries, wine place, theater, restaurants, casino, new concert venue The Nugget Amphitheater, plus great local events. Completely remodeled and ready for travelers Only. Unfortunately, we do Not Host to Local residents of Reno/Sparks area.

Cactus Flower Bunkhouse

Enjoy a peaceful stay at the Cactus Flower Bunkhouse set on the Rustic Hart Ranch. Comfortable, modern house set right on a working cow horse ranch, where you can view the horses, alfalfa fields and the most amazing sunsets! Traveling with your horses? We offer layover services too, just ask! If more than two guests, we do have an air mattress for the living room.
