Ground floor studio apartment 25 m2, with kitchen and two single beds, Italian bathroom, terrace. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, partial sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This is a beautiful old stone house with airy rooms, well equipped with modern devices which make the apartment functional for everyday use. In front of the house there is a delightful shared terrace where you can relax and admire the picturesque surroundings. Our house is located in the quiet part of the town, only 2 minutes walk from the seaside (50 stairs).
