It also includes private roof terrace, downstairs court yard with bbq area, air conditioning, laundry, downstairs toilet, built-in wardrobes, newly carpeted bedrooms, outdoor shower and undercover car port.

It is a short walk of about 300 metres down the hill to beautiful Little Cove Beach and then 5 minutes in one direction to Noosa National Park and 5 minutes the other way to the shops and restaurants of Hastings Street. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rear terrace/ parents' retreat off the master bedroom overlooking the shared pool at the rear, well equiped kitchen and laundry and a single carport under the building.
