The upper level has one king bedroom with ensuite and large walk-in wardrobe, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area all complete with a full bathroom/laundry. The light-filled space flows onto a large wooden deck with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for added relaxation. Downstairs features another king bedroom and ensuite and a bedroom with 2 king single beds and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes for storing your vacation threads. One more level down will take you to the double lock-up garage with direct and private access to your pad. Additionally, you can reach the upper level living areas directly via the street. The entire place is yours! You can make the most of the large deck, light living space, kitchen and laundry, plus it's only a short walk to the beach, Noosa Junction and Hastings Street. I will be living next door to welcome you and to help you with any questions you may have. I can also totally keep out of your way, it's up to you! The front doors are fitted with a keypad lock system so you can enter and depart without having to collect any keys from me, but of course I'd love to meet you to make sure you have all that you need. The home, Banksia, is in the new Greenview Noosa complex. It is located in a lush, serene area of the beautiful, upscale Noosa Heads. The beach and Hastings Street are a 15-minute walk away. Fantastic restaurants and cafes are just 2 minutes away. You are just a couple of minutes walk away to public transport options for short trips to Sunshine and Sunrise beaches, Eumundi and other gems of the Sunny Coast. There is on-site parking with a double lock-up garage provided just for you. The home, Banksia, is in the new Greenview Noosa complex. Set amongst the tranquil rainforest, this light and bright two bedroom unit is the ultimate destination for your next hinterland retreat. Located in the heart of Maleny, just a short 5 minute walk to the centre of town where you'll find plenty of interesting shops and eateries. I have two other houses beside this one for rent as well. One has four bedrooms and the other has three. An important add-on note though is that the local branch of Brouhaha Brewery has sadly announced that it's closed.
