"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Se recuerda que existe en las Islas Baleares una tasa turística de 2€/dia por persona major de 14 años a abonar a su llegada. A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

Need a break from your daily routine? Then come relax and unwind in our little house surrounded by nature. Connect with the tranquility, the birdsong in the morning, and the starry sky at night. In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

Very old typical house , built in stone and natural wood from our fields and forest. First mention about this house is from XIII century, but it modified in 1786, rebuilt in year 1989 and updated again in 2016. PLEASE: Before booking ask me if the dates are really free, thanks. The house is advertised on different sites, so to avoid mistakes the best is to ask me before booking. I respond quickly.
