Nord de Palma District : locations de vacances dans des lofts

La ubicación de Can Savella es excelente. Se encuentra en el centro histórico de Palma. Está a pasos de restaurantes, de supermercados y de comercio de grandes tiendas y de pequeños locales que ofrecen una variedad de productos y artesanía. También está muy cerca de la Catedral y de diversos lugares históricos de interés. El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y tenía todos los elementos y enseres necesarios para una grata estadía. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a atender nuestras necesidades. El sector donde se ubica es muy seguro y tranquilo. El día del check out dejamos el equipaje en lockers y salimos a pasear hasta la hora que nos recogió el taxi, ya que nuestro vuelo era a media tarde. Lo recomiendo 100% y sin ninguna duda volvería a alojarme ahí.

Moscari är en väldigt fridfull liten by med vacker omgivning! Utsikten från terassen är magnifik, och boendet väldigt charmigt. Sebastian är väldigt vänlig och välkomnande. Mycket lätt att ha med att göra. Litet kök med basal utrustning för enklare matlagning. Värt att tänka på är att den lilla affären endast är öppen på förmiddagen och restaurangen lite till och från. Gångavstånd till Selva, Caimari, Inca och Campanet med flertalet fina och sparsamt trafikerade vägar i alla riktningar.

Ein kleines Paradies! Perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Petra und Santi haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheissen und uns sogar ihren wunderbaren Gemüsegarten und die Tiere gezeigt. Sie liessen uns aber gleichzeitig auch genügend Privatsphäre. Grosse Empfehlung!

The view from this place really sells the spot. It is perfect for couples or singles. No really kitchen but that was expected. The beach access has this little pool that you can lay in if you don’t want to be in the waves. Beautiful place!

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick von 3 Balkonen. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der "Fitness-Balkon" mit entsprechender Gerätschaft hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, fast schon zu viel für 2 Leute. Die schönste Wohnung in der wir bisher auf AirBnbB waren - absolut empfehlenswert !!

Nice studio with cool terrace. The host was really nice and communication and check-in were easy. Next door is a restaurant with music, but the team was nice and turned down the volume as we were going to sleep. In the morning, we bought coffee and juice from them, which they brought to our terrace - that was really friendly.

We spend a week in Marga’s studio and we have enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was nice and had a good size. We enjoyed our evenings in the balcony and the access to the pool during the day was a nice feature. As we had rented a car, we also appreciated the many parking spots in the area. Marga was a great host allowing us to get into the studio a few hours before check in and when we asked for an additional bed sheet, we got it the day after. We only have one comment to the place - The bed is a bit to the small size for two grownups for a full week. But other than that we have enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us 😊

We had a great stay. Great communication and check-in - it's right in the center. Noise from the street is expected. Beautiful historic apartment.

I was welcomed by a basket of local oranges, how wonderful. This was a beautiful space to stay with a wonderful decor, and very comfortable furnishings. The rooftop was such a lovely place to relax and eat. The square was pretty and it was and easy walk through to the beautiful old town of Palma.

This place is a gem! Great hosts and great location-part of the Gaudi building on a pedestrian only area in the core of the town. The decor is sleek and modern with great lighting, up-to-date appliances, and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. Victoria was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. Our luggage got lost and she went out of the way to provide an outlet adaptor. She also helped us arrange a taxi. This place is highly rated for good reason.

Very enjoyable stay at Ralph's place in Soller. Ralph is an excellent host, very proactive in his communication. Check in was easy. Apartment is centrally located down a beautiful pedestrian access street. Inside the apartment is spacious with a fun layout. The rooftop is a little gem, small space for a table we used for an evening meal and breakfasts with stunning views of the mountains and rooftops of the town. Little secret - there is a lift to transfer crockery and meals from the kitchen straight to the rooftop. Having access to the pool, which is around the block was wonderful as we were there in the height of summer. Very few pools in the centre of Soller.
