Beautiful custom built cabin within walking or horse back riding distance to BIG SOUTH FORK. Also located within 15 minutes to BRIMSTONE REC. It’s centrally located between Bandy Creek, Leatherwood Ford, and Station Camp. There is a BSF trailhead in our community for horses/hikers/bikes/kayaks. Easily sleeps 5+ with plenty of other space for additional guests using cots/air mattress. Keep your horses in YOUR 2 stall barn right next to the house. Sunset Acres is a private and peaceful home nestled on an acre, overlooking a vast field. Located in Scott County, just E. of Huntsville. This home is conveniently located 15 min east of I-75, just off Hwy. 63 (Baker Hwy). Close to groceries, gas & restaurants. Ideal for Brimstone riders who want to ride directly to the trails and perfect for families looking to enjoy the outdoors. 3BDR/1.5 Bath fully equipped with WIFI & DirectTV. Amazing sunsets, easy flat parking for trailers, easy access!

Allen Cove Farm

To our ATV guests—we are a short 25 minute drive from both Royal Blue and Brimstone! We do not, however, have trail access to the ATV parks from our home. ATV's must be transported by trailer to the trailheads. Allen Cove Farm is nestled on the banks of Buffalo Creek, and surrounded by acres of woodlands and meadows. Our family farm is a century old homestead in the foothills of East Tennessee that provides a look back to a simpler time, with modern amenities that guests have come to expect.

Access to miles of trails Just up the street no trailering! Awesome views and great place to unwind after a great day of riding. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Can ride to a gas station and trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone takes about 15 to 20 mins. You can be at RRB in about 40 mins. Windrock is about 45 mins by road or dirt road and 3 ish hours by trail. You can also access tackett creek.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Norma’s Overlook ATV authorized route

Norma’s Overlook Centrally-located between Brimstone, TWRA & Royal Blue, Norma’s Overlook is located on an ATV authorized route so there’s no need to trailer your ATV. The closest TWRA trail is 3/4 mile from the driveway. The Eternal Flame trail head is 3.5 miles. Brimstone is a 3 mile ride via ATV authorized route to trail 25. Windrock Carryville flats is 16 miles via TWRA trails. El Rey Azteca Mexican restaurant in Pioneer is 15 miles via trails & ATV authorized route.

Rider's Ridge: Cozy SXS Retreat

Another SXS riders stay! Come, stay and enjoy the amenities designed around SXS riders! You plus 7 guests will enjoy this spacious place with a large back deck, with a view, to hang out. The Ridge offers direct access to Brimstone Recreation, Royal Blue, and Windrock trails. Enjoy the 67 acres that boasts a pond for fishing in your down time. Even if you are not here to hit the trails, we are sure that you and your group will find plenty to do locally.

There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone via Norma Rd. Takes about 15 mins. We are located in the royal blue unit. Beds have linens pillows, bath has towels soap shampoo conditioner. Grill. Lp fire pit on porch.
