Approx. 25 min drive to Tx A&M/Kyle Field; centrally located between Austin, Dallas and Houston w/ approximately less than 30 min drive on SH 21 E to I-45. Convenient location to get to the famed Aggie North Gate, Santa’s Wonderland, American GI and Children’s Museums and the Downtown Bryan Historic City Center featuring the historic Queen Theater w/ boutique shops and eateries!

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on the old family farm. The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful in the quiet country. Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Little House on the Prairie

Come getaway to the country; the house is surrounded by acreage and has an area surrounding the house for your fur baby/ies; it is not fenced but there is a fenced 10x12 area. There is a stock pond in front of the house which is open for your fishing pleasure (Blue Catfish and Crappie). There is a large porch up front, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset and spending time slowing the pace of life. Minutes from downtown and close to local attractions. Wifi (hot spot) and Roku provided.

This very special corner house typifies the traditional style and charm of a bygone era yet provides all the modern comforts of home. Located just a short distance from the Huntsville square this prime location makes for easy travel for any occasion that brings you to town.

Beastie Bus

Come enjoy a stay in our beautiful modern camper located in the quaint country. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). If you're coming with small children we do have additional things you can request such as a travel basinet, bunk bed borders, booster chair, etc. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.

Aggie Game-Day Cozy Country Cabin w/ full porch

Our cabin holds a special meaning to Julie and I. We poured our hearts n souls into the cabin to make it special. The interior wood finishes were extract by us n came from an old dairy barn. We gave the wood new life for many years to come. We hope you take time to notice the character of the wood and enjoy. NO PETS ALLOWED. Owners live on property. Travel time to Kyle Field is 35-40 depending on gameday traffic the closer you get to College Station.
