Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Villa by the Beach (Downstairs Unit 1A)

Relax in Moore Park Beach in this peaceful villa apartment only one block from the beach. Take a dip in the ocean, hang out by the outdoor pool, or spot some of our local kangaroos. You're within walking distance of the local cafe and a short 3km trip to the grocery store and bottle shop. For a night out, you can go into the cute little town of Bargara, only 30 minutes away. Bring your work, commute into Bundaberg, walk along the beach, or just spend some much needed time unwinding. Welcome!

Deepwater Beach House

BYO SHEETS, PILLOWCASES & TOWELS Unwind at this private hidden gem where relaxation and rejuvenation come first. Time stands still, offering an endless escape. And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Dogs are welcome but guests are responsible for cleaning up excessive shedding. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found in any of these places. Also no chasing of the wild life.

Serenity House on the Beach

Relax with the whole family or multiple families at this peaceful place to stay. Large indoor and outdoor spaces, pool table, pool and lawn with scattered trees to a very private beach (minimal people) in front of house. Large outdoor areas with full round veranda plus upstairs and downstairs BBQ. Upstairs 3 Bedrooms: 1 KB + 1 Q + 2 S Downstairs 2 Bedrooms: 1 Q + 2 S + SB in downstairs lounge. Upstairs & Downstairs connected by front & back porch stairs. MPB has multiple facilities.

Ferry Road River House Baffle Creek

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy fishing, boating and crabbing right at your door step. Make a weekend of it with your mates or stay the week with the family. The three bedroom home sleeps 6-8 people and features an outdoor kitchen and a large L shaped deck with water frontage. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Access to the council maintained boat ramp is just 300m from the house. A fire pit with wood is available for your comfort .

The Little House

Our Little House has open plan living and bed area with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A number of stairs lead up to a small patio where the unit is located. Plenty of space to park vehicle/trailer/boat. It is located on our mango farm and is above our mango packing area. All water used is rainwater and plenty of birdlife/gardens to enjoy. The stars in night sky is amazing. Guests will be warmly welcomed and left to relax and enjoy the space. A tour of farm can be done too.

Ocean View Absolute Beachfront 2 Bedroom Home

Elegantly furnished, brand new home with ocean views and a direct path to the beach. This is a perfect place to relax, love, dream and be free. The beautiful outdoor setting has an open firepit and BBQ (firewood supplied). Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. There is a direct pathway from the property to the ocean. 4WD access is possible from Rules Beach Road (just a few hundred metres away). Note that this property does NOT allow pets at any time.
