This lovely 1,700 sq. ft. 3/2 is surprisingly secluded and will comfortably fit 9 guests while you relax in the hot tub in the newly hardscaped backyard after hiking on the BRP, snow skiing nearby, enjoying the restaurants and breweries downtown, or spending the day tubing on the French Broad. Home is complete with plenty of amenities for any stay. Spend your next vacation in style and comfort!

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.
