Great location close to everything we needed. Friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Feraud was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful.

This place was seriously the best! The mountain views were insane—total vibes. We chilled in the hot tub, grilled some steaks, and our pup had the time of their life running around and playing fetch near the forest. The private basement setup was spotless, super cozy, and had great natural light—literally had everything we needed. It felt like a proper vacay, and we actually got to unwind. Huge shoutout to Nick and Valeria for hosting us at such an awesome spot. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the place. We previously stayed at the motel down the street. We had at least 4x the space and a full kitchen. The location on Main Street could not be better. The front door is locked and the apartment door is locked providing excellent security.

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

Sophia place was exactly as described. we had a change of plans by a day and she still was able to accommodate us. We appreciate the stay it was much needed after our long drive. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone needing a nice layover.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Wonderful place to stay! Thomas was helpful and responsive. The home was clean and cozy, with nice privacy for being so close to the city. Nice little touches included labeled light switches, waffle bar (we didn’t use, but it looked great!), game cabinet, comfortable beds, and good water pressure in shower. Would stay again and recommended to anyone, especially families (that bedroom off the master area was so nice for a kids space!)

Place was amazing. Literally right on the beach. We had 3 adults and it’s amazing the 3 bathrooms. The pool area is amazing The entire place was! Bring towels for the water. They did have chairs for the beach Chris was great

Our family of five of thought this was the perfect place for our beach vacation. Quiet, plenty of space, super easy beach access and a pool, everything we need. Also walked to Winks ice cream shop a few doors down almost everyday. We look forward to returning next year and staying longer!

Tom had a wonderful air bnb! Such amazing hospitality and probably the best/most friendly communicators I’ve ever stayed with. Super spacious and very nice amenities. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Raleigh or Cary

Beautiful space! Very peaceful and wonderful option for a staycation. Process to book and find location was very simple while process to access unit was slightly challenging…but once steps were properly followed it was worth the wait. The condo was immaculate and was equipped with everything you needed. Enjoyed sitting out on the very spacious balcony. Sandra was a great host making sure if we needed anything. Definitely plan on staying there again!!

Very nice, clean, pretty, welcoming and calm place. The beds are amazing! Super comfortable. I slept better here than any hotel I’ve ever been to. Very clean, very quiet and has a beautiful courtyard that you will want to spend time in everyday. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Durham.

If I could rate higher than 1 5.0, I would. Beautiful unit. Beautiful view. Cozy, warm, quiet. Communication with management was stellar. Incredible response time. Upon arrival, and in a mountain-y area where there was no cell phone coverage, the unit Wi-Fi functionality was addressed immediately, and swiftly. Our daughter was behind us about an hour, and regular cell coverage made it impossible to contact them and direct them in. Wi-Fi was reconciled in the unit immediately, and no connectivity issues persisted. Thank you to Stephanie and her assistants. Thank you for allowing us to stay and have an extremely memorable trip aboard the Polar Express!! Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas!

Catherine’s place included everything we could have needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The location is great, and we didn’t even use half of the amenities! It was well-stocked and clean, and we’ll definitely be back!
