Come to the beach and enjoy this mid century modern designed beach bungalow just steps from the beach. This is one bedroom with a queen bed, a Frontgate queen bed (stored in closet) , 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar and eat in area for 4. There is a large outdoor eating and seating area for 4 to 6. There is a private walkway to the unit and an outdoor shower. The property is located on the ocean side of Atlantic Avenue so there is no crossing a busy street to get to the beach.

Newly renovated modern studio condo, owners personal getaway now open to guests. This corner unit, the largest and most private in Oceans ll Condominium complex, is on the 3rd floor and offers beautiful, expansive views at both sunrise and sunset.
