We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

Mike's rental was as described. He was very responsive. Location was great. The beach trolly stop was near the rental. Public beach access was walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent this unit again from Mike.

This was our second stay and we will definitely be back for a third! We love the location to the beach and times Square. The accommodations, the pool and the beautiful flowers keep us coming back for more!

The condo is beautiful! You have a very short walk to access to the public beach and a short drive to several great restaurants and bars.

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean and the location was great, perfect for what we needed - close to FMB and downtown. Our only complaint (which it’s not really a complaint but more of just a heads up) the neighbors downstairs partied until like 6am on Saturday. Earplugs would’ve helped. That said, we would definitely stay again, though! Thanks, Angel! Hope to be back!

My husband and i stayed and it was a very convenient location for us. We went to Jet Blue and it was a very convenient drive. The place was very clean and the air conditioning worked great which is always good! We were welcomed with a sweet card and welcome goodies. We would stay again.

I stayed at Dan’s place in Fort Myers Beach from April 20–24, and honestly – it was amazing. The place looks just like the photos (maybe even better), super fresh, stylish, and gives off the perfect laid-back beach vibe. The area is quiet and safe, but you're still just a short walk from the beach – ideal for morning walks or catching the sunset. Dan’s got you covered with all the beach essentials too: chairs, umbrella, cooler – everything you need for a stress-free beach day. What made it even better were Dan’s great local tips – from restaurant recommendations to beach spots and things to explore in the area. Super helpful and definitely appreciated! Dan was an awesome host – super friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole stay smooth and easy. I felt right at home from the start. If I ever find myself back in Fort Myers, I’d definitely want to stay here again. This place is a total gem!

Beautiful condo, great layout,very comfortable beds, high ceilings and loved the outdoor balcony. We really enjoyed the bicycles and used them to ride to the beach and watch a gorgeous sunset. We relaxed sunbathing with the colorful provided beach towels and dipping in the refreshing outdoor pool. Great location, near everything with an excellent Italian restaurant rated number 1 with a 40 year history across the street!!

The house was very clean and had everything needed. quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

Our stay and the location was perfect The house was clean and fresh. The Pool and Lanai area were clean and the pool and lawn were maintained weekly. The area was beautiful and great for running, walking and riding bikes, without having to go out to the main road. Just a few miles from down town Cape Coral and grocery shopping. Great stay, we loved having the heated pool and screened in lanai. The propane grill was a great bonus, we cooked all of our meals outdoors. The house was beautiful and very cozy. We were missing a few baby items upon arrival that were supposed to always be there, but the host responded very quickly and brought over the missing items. Plenty of space to spread out for multiple guests. The neighborhood felt very safe. We would stay again if in the area.

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

Very good area and price and overall great experience. The pool was great and the space was good for five of us and our dogs. Everything included is very helpful and true to description. The stay with Raul was great thanks a lot would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Condo is awesome. Everything is brand new. Ft Myers Beach is still recovering, but this place is great. Nice pools, great lanai with view of the beach. Kelly was our co-host and great to work with. We'll hopefully be back!!

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Sonia's condo is the nicest Airbnb that I've ever stayed in. It's exactly as described. Extremely comfortable, well decorated, quiet, and super clean. Many eateries are walkable. About a one minute walk from the front door to the beach. Many comfy beach chairs to bring down to the water. Superb communication. Highly recommend.

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.
