Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Walking around the lake is so relaxing we absolutely love it. We love to BBQ on the gas grills and jump in the heated pool or the jacuzzi while we are cooking. There are wonderful restaurants near by Pappadeaux Seafood restaurant and Anzio’s Italian right down the street Castles and Coasters is a lot of fun to Close to the I-17 for easy access statewide
