An amazing modern apartment right on the beachfront, great views, lovely walks and close to cafe's & restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Wir haben 4 Tage mit der Familie hier verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles wie beschrieben und sehr ruhig. Man ist schnell Richtung Ruka/Lappland, aber auch schnell bei Geschäften.

Viihtyisä ja kaikki puitteet kohdallaan. Loistava sijainti lähellä ammattikorkeakoulua. Yhteydenpito toimi erinomaisesti.

Laura was a great host, very friendly and responsive! The apartment is adorable, very cozy and welcoming. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and all needs were provided for. I would definitely book again in the future!

We would highly recommend staying at this apartment. The building is exceptionally clean and quiet, while the area feels safe. Being right on the sea, the view from the sixth-floor apartment was lovely, even in winter. Plenty of steaming hot water and comfortable beds, there was nothing to dislike, and I am very fussy about where I stay.

Rauhallinen paikka talvella, johon oli helppo pysähtyä matkalla pohjoiseen. Plussaa kun saa auton helposti parkkiin. Ystävällinen omistaja, joka antoi erittäin hyvät ohjeet kaikesta. Myös asunnossa ohjeet olivat loistavat. Avara valoisa yksiö. Parisängyssä kova patja, vuodesohva vähän pehmeämpi ja sekin laadukas. Kaikki tarvittava löytyy asunnosta. Helppoa majoitusta, se on se tärkein. Positiivinen kokemus! :)

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

Tilava, viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu paikka järven rannalla. Toinen mökki melko lähellä, eikä välissä kovin paljon näköestettä. Kokonaisuutena positiivinen kokemus!

Erinomainen majapaikka upealla paikalla joen rannassa. Erillinen saunarakennus ihan rannan tuntumassa oli mainio lisä. Tilava ja viihtyisä piha-alue.

We ( 2 families) had an amazing stay at Johanna’s ! The house is large enough well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Everything as described in the listing. The location is super nice and we were able to see the northern lights from the house itself !! Johanna was quick to respond to our concerns and she takes care of providing extra heating during the very cold days! If you have a car with you.. then it’s impossible to go wrong with this stay. Thanks Johanna for hosting us .. we really enjoyed the stay !

Such a great home minutes from the center of Rovaniemi and on the river, clean and welcoming space, comfortable accommodations, responsive host, and everything you can ask for. Would highly recommend to visitors.

Ein sehr gemütliches Holzhaus und perfekt zur Erholung geeignet. Der Kamin funktioniert wunderbar und die Sauna tut nach einer Schneeschuhwanderung oder einer Schlittenfahrt mega gut. Beides ist in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt sogar zahlreiche Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Nudeln, und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist super isoliert, es war daher nie kalt bei uns. Einzig ist, dass das Bad recht klein ist und der Weg zur Dusche etwas weit ist. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Beobachten von Polarlichtern geeignet, wir hatten das Glück an 6 von 7 Tagen welche zu sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Osmo war super, er hat uns mit sehr vielen nützlichen Infos versorgt. Wären am liebsten noch viel viel länger geblieben. Es war eins der besten airbnbs das wir jemals hatten.

Eine wirklich gemütliche abgeteilte Wohnung in einem Holzhaus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, der Check-In mit Schlüsselbox hat problemlos funktioniert. Tuomo reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Ich würde wieder dort unterkommen wollen!

Eetun Condo-huoneisto oli hyvällä sijainnilla, kaunis näkymä takapihalta lumisiin maisemiin ja hiihtoladut lähtivät aivan kulmilta. Sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui joustavasti ennakkoon. Viestiin vastaaminen nopeaa ja sisäänkirjautumisohjeet selkeät. Pelkkää plussaa!

Asunnolle oli todella helppo saapua ja auton sai maksuttomaan parkkiin ihan viereen. Asunto on todella hieno ja viihtyisä. Livenä paljon hienompi ja isompi kuin kuvista saa käsityksen. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asunnolta on näkymät joelle ja ulkoilureitit ihan vieressä. Oltiin todella tyytyväisiä asuntoon ja järjestelyihin. Tätä voi suositella.

Kohteessa hinta-laatusuhde on kohdillaan. Kaunis, siisti ja persoonallinen asunto upeissa maisemissa. Mari on ystävällinen majoittaja, joka vastaa nopeasti viesteihin.

Majoittuminen onnistuis sujuvasti. Alue on rauhallista, ei mitään ylimääräisiä meluja ympäristössä ja keskustaan pääsee helposti. Suosittelen
