Richard's place was clean, spacious for our needs, very well located, and had a nice little outdoor space. The rooms were fine, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Richard was very responsive. The location was great for us, right in town and a few minute walk to all the restaurants and galleries. The onsite parking was very convenient. There are two bedrooms which each sleep two people, and a pull-out bed couch in the livingroom. We were a group of four (one couple) and we used all beds, it worked well for us. We would stay at Richard's again!

The perfect private piece of Cape Cod paradise in Chatham! Now our second time staying at Paul's place and we will be back every year. Steps to a private beach great for walking, sunrises and sunsets, watching the sea birds and kids looking for sea creatures in the tide pools. Walking distance to Main Street or a very fast drive. An osprey lover's dream with multiple nesting pairs yards away to enjoy. We dream of going back all the time. Thanks for sharing your space with our family year after year!

What a darling space! We felt right at home. It was quiet and cute inside and we were able to really relax. Thank you, Sam for such creating an inviting living area!

Alan's place was a perfect home base for our Provincetown getaway. Checking in/out was a breeze, we found the condo clean and lovely and the location cannot be beat. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

We had a great week thank you John. The location is perfect and very central. Very quiet and the house is tastefully decorated. We loved the fire and comfy sofas. It was off season but plenty of things open and wonderful beach walks. Definitely visit Tim’s bookshop, Kohi’s coffee and Mac’s fish market for fresh fish and lobsters. We are out at The Canteen and Finizzi’s both were excellent. If we visit PTown again we’ll be back to stay here. Highly recommended.

Payal’s place is a perfect location to everything you need in ptown. The check in and check out instructions were very straightforward and the spot was a perfect size for an extended weekend getaway. I would recommend anyone to stay with Payal for their ptown trips!

We stay there with my husband for 3 nights the Easter week .The place it was very good and clean. As soon I booked it Sam send me all the instructions we will need to find the place and everything else we supposed to know.

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Brian is a truly excellent host and his places are consistently great. I will always book with him if his properties are available!

Our family (2 adults, 3 children) had a wonderful stay here! The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Commercial Street. Everything was as expected from the listing. It is not the largest or most expansive of homes so our crew spread out over every square foot. But that was our expectation anyway and we spent most of our days out enjoying everything there is on the Cape. The beds were comfortable and it had all the things we needed. The dedicated parking spot was nice as well given how limited parking can be in Provincetown. Billy was very responsive to our inquiries before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian and James’s- prior to our check in they were really informative and so we were able to find the condo easily. The space is beautiful and cosy with a kitchen equipped with all we needed. Location was perfect - very walkable and great location for accessing beaches, restaurants and bars. We hope we get to come back soon!

Jim is a great host. The unit is very nicely updated. It was clean, attractive and very comfortable. Very convenient to Commercial St. with stores, restaurants and the beach. Unit is on second and third floors. The third floor is like a mini suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location right near the beach, cosy place to stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved it!

Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants on charming Main Street! Cute and clean, nice front deck with 2 chairs. Easy parking, great hosts, would recommend & stay again.

Had a wonderful second stay at Steve’s lovely house! It was just as enjoyable this time around, plus a brand new renovated kitchen. Steve’s home is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable… it was really chilly in ptown while we were there, so we made great use of the fireplace. It’s a fantastic location, easy walking to everything. Steve is an excellent host, reaching out ahead of time with all the details and letting us check in early with our boys and our dog. Thanks again, Steve! Look forward to coming back soon.

This was our 2nd stay and we were happy to return to this beautiful condo--free parking, walk to restaurants, beach front, private deck, pet friendly!! Jack was quick and easy to communicate with and left us a welcome gift! We would return in an instant!!

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Great spot with just a 5 min walk to the beach. Cute and cozy which is just what I needed. Super clean and well maintained. Very much enjoyed my stay!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Amy and Julie were wonderful hosts! The home was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 6 night stay. The location was great, just a block from the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. It was the perfect place for us and our Boston Terrier to ring in the new year. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again!

We had a great stay with Rob in his cottage at Ocean Edge! The place had clearly been recently updated and it utilized space well such that it lived much bigger then its footprint. While it rained the whole time we were there, we could see Ocean Edge being a fun community for active folks. We highly recommend you stay here!
