Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Situated in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens”, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. Set on a family farm, the cabin is a peaceful luxurious retreat with spectacular views of Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay. Cattle graze in open pastures all around. The faint sound of the stream running in the distance that you can wonder down to through the ancient woodland. Enjoy views from Snowdon down the Welsh coast from a king size bed. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome by mutual agreement, but please let us know
