The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

A full kitchen, two bedrooms, tv room and additional living room. Off street parking on parking lot directly by building. Central to several attractions. Come see the historical Y-Bridge, visit The Wilds or just relax. (Please note, space is downtown on a busy corner with street busy noise at prime times.)

A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Relax in the woods in this rustic Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance.
