It features a full kitchen with quartz counter tops, a fully tiled bath, outdoor shower, large front porch and a quaint back yard with added privacy fencing. Enjoy our fire pit with twinkle lights strung above.

Reconnect with nature and sway with the trees in this rustic treehouse nestled away in the woods with a gorgeous view of Hungar's creek. Enjoy the view from the front porch or while relaxing around the fire pit. Visit the adorable beach town of Cape Charles, complete with a beautiful beach, brewery, distillery and plenty of restaurant options, or stop by the nearby vineyard for some local wine. Usage of dock, kayaks, grill, and fire pit all included. Beach towels and cooler also provided.

Silver Beach: Sunset Bay Cottage on Private Beach

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a private beach on the Chesapeake Bay right out your back door. Enjoy family fun, solitude and sunsets over the Bay at this comfortable cottage with modern kitchen and bathroom, and outdoor shower. Air-conditioned interior with large porch and 3 separate dining areas so you can hear the birds, feel the breeze off the bay and smell the salt air. Bring food, drink and good books. Makes for a great private writer's retreat as well as summer vacation spot.

Grant’s Handi-Hideaway: Stair Lift, Pool, Adults

Adult get-away with stair lift and SHARED pool access on site. Not suitable or safe for children. New one bedroom apartment with large kitchen, living room, eating area, dedicated workspace, bedroom make-up vanity, full bath with shower and full size washer and dryer. Two blocks to beach. Relax at the property’s salt water pool with an outdoor living and dining area or use the outdoor fireplace for cool nights. Outdoor shower. Must be over 18 to use pool. Dogs on property in fenced yard!!

Beachfront Historic 1912 home directly across from Cape Charles beach, with 2 king bed masters and views of the water from all five bedrooms. Our Chesapeake Bay beach is great for young swimmers - toddlers can wander 50 yards in knee-deep water and find shells and critters at every turn. Our home has a large, fully-equipped kitchen, with 2 full-sized sinks and the garage contains bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for your enjoyment.

The 2027 calendar is now available.. The last check in day for May is the 27th must check out by the 29th. From May 29th to August 28th minimum stay is 7 nights with check in and check out Saturday only. We are now accepting 2night stays with the exception of Holiday weekends, they are a minimum of 3 nights. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful view of the Chesapeake bay and sunsets that are hard to beat.
