Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Lovely space & private deck overlooking perennial gardens & wildlife wandering by. Perfect stop when traveling through Western Mass, touring local colleges or a trip to enjoy the music, museums and restaurants in the Pioneer Valley and Berkshires.

Tiny House on Big, Pet-Friendly Farm

Cozy, clean 350sf tiny house on gorgeous farm. Enjoy the serenity of rural life, while being 15 minutes away from downtown Springfield and MGM Casino and 5-15 minutes away from all the local universities. Pet-friendly with a private yard and view you could look at all day. King-size bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, AC/heat and more! Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.
