This 2nd floor guest suite in my home has a private entrance via an outdoor set of stairs (See Guest access section for details), full kitchen, and bathroom (tub but no shower). The open floor plan includes a front room with twin bed and a smaller TV room with futon sofa that I convert to a double bed as needed. Originally my art studio, I now offer it for short-term stays. COVID-19 policy. I allow 24 hours between bookings (no same-day turnovers). I request that my guests be fully vaccinated.

The location provides easy access to downtown, restaurants, shopping areas and Interstate 91. Modern decor, tiled artsy bathroom, lots of garden art, and sweeping views of Berkshire foothills make this a great choice for foliage season, summer recreation and choice winter skiing. One Queen bed. Our house is 90 miles west of Boston, 60 miles north of Hartford and a 3-hour drive to Canada.

This is a private, clean, comfortable apartment with New pillow top mattress for 1 person with separate entrance in our new home. You will have the space to yourself. We are a mile from downtown near the bike path, the mill river, and Smith college. Private bathroom with a shower; kitchen basics: fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, pour over coffee. Wifi and smart tv. Sunny with central air in the summer warm and cozy in the winter. Walk or ride a bike to town. We’re located in Village Hill.

Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Our lovingly designed guest suite is situated 17 miles from the UMass Amherst Campus, 8.2 miles from Northfield Mount Hermon. We are between downtown Turners Falls and Greenfield. If you're looking for a private and bright suite with beautiful natural light and a modern bohemian feel this is the space for you! Please note that there is a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. Turners Falls is one of 5 villages in the town of Montague. It's a vibrant, diverse area that runs along the CT River.

Your own porch with a cafe table and chairs leads to your private entrance to the suite. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

A one bedroom cozy guest house with a private entrance located on Market St. in downtown Northampton. Cozy and comfortable queen size bed with super soft bedding, full bathroom, and lots of privacy. Quirky space tucked behind Jo Smith's Art Gallery- quiet brick building with an 'inner room' for guests. You pass through the outer room, which is more storage space than living space and the inner space is a one room bedroom/bathroom with no kitchen. This space is not set up for cooking.
