Sunset Retreat is a perfect place for family and friends to visit with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces available for quiet time or group activities. We have, a playground area, cornhole boards, a firepit, kayak's, and a 2-person wide bottom canoe for your enjoyment. We have some life vests at the dock you're welcome to use too. * INTERNET - Country living, you can usually get on FB and such, but streaming, gaming, and watching movies may be hit and miss on the T Mobile internet provider.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

We encourage you to eat what you catch! And even bring your own boat and stay in one of our boat slips! Minutes from Solomons Island by Boat or Car!

Private Getaway at Four Waters

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at the point where four waters meet. Use the private beach for relaxation or use the private pier for fishing. The water is 5-6ft deep at the end of the pier and can be used for fishing or crabbing. There are 6 adult kayaks and 4 kids kayaks on site available for your use. The large back deck also features Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. We also have a charcoal grill with utensils on site. Charcoal is not provided.

Stargazer Tiny Cabin

(Winter: Stargazer has a diesel heater and a woodstove but is not insulated. The cabin can be kept quite warm into the low 30's if these heaters are running. Below freezing may freeze pipes, message for info) Rustic off grid tiny cabin tucked in the trees on the back side of a large field. The cabin has solar, kitchenette, shower, composting bathroom, heat, and Wifi! Enjoy being immersed in nature while staying comfortable in a quirky cabin built from local and reclaimed materials.

Blue Crab Bungalow

Our charming bungalow allows you to relax, refresh and truly unwind while taking in views of the bay. ​ Enjoy amazing sunsets, lots of stars, and the water view from the 2nd story deck, private pier, or around the fire pit. Try crabbing or fishing from the pier. No license needed! A small local beach for swimming and public boat ramp are less than 5 minutes away. We are a little over an hour to Ocean City, Chincoteague, Assateague, and Blackwater Refuge.

Log Cabin

Pet-friendly log cabin with 2 rooms, A/C & heat, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Includes a queen bed, breakfast bar, mini-fridge, microwave, and ceiling fan. No bathroom inside, but just steps from our first-class, professionally cleaned bathhouse. No kitchen. Outside: charcoal grill, picnic table, and fire ring. $20 per pet per stay. Linens/pillows not included—bring your own or rent a set for $20. Enjoy our 85° heated pool, free game room, and playground.

Sunny Cottage, POOL, Game Room, stocked pond

Full eat-in kitchen. Enjoy the local wineries and breweries! One bedroom cottage, queen bed, full kitchen on 12 acres 12 minutes from Warrenton! Adjacent to a 200+ acre state game preserve with walking trails. Enjoy our game room! This separate building hosts darts, an arcade machine (PAC-MAN, Galaga…) and a slate pool table. NOTE: Use the pool / fire pit, pond at your own risk! Pool is closed for the season.
