Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.

We are are centrally located in a local arts neighborhood, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. If you want to stay in the touristy historic district-- not us. Also, no TV; but stream on 300 MPS wifi. Lovely upstairs apartment in Albuquerque's near North Valley. Loft features a large deck with great views of the Sandia Mountains by day and moon and stargazing by night. Guests have a private entrance and can park in the driveway. Property is adjacent to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and near Los Griegos Elementary making the street safe and active with school children and church- goers by day and very peaceful by night.

1100 sq. ft loft with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, granite counters, stainless appliances, master bedroom en-suite and tree filled courtyard. Small animals considered. My place is Downtown, close to Old Town, the Sunport Airport, Nob Hill, and the University of New Mexico. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).
