It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

It is a sunny self contained modern unit with a private, fenced courtyard and garden. North facing, it captures warmth in winter and cool breezes in summer.
