Fantastic stay at John’s appointment would love to stay again

Tracey was very responsive and gave clear instructions about the stay. The place was pretty amazing as well as it is right in front of the sky tower. The place was clean and spacious enough for couples to spend their time together.

Beautiful studio, the bed was super comfortable and it had everything I needed. Karlee was a great host and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area

For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

It was such a nice lovely place to stay the night while I was travelling through. Definitely would book again when next I stay in town.

Look no further as I highly recommend Sally’s air BnB. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything at your doorstep , central and all in walking distance. Views are also beautiful! The amenities and space provided was perfect for us as a family of 3! Sally was super responsive and made our experience so easy and convenient. Thank you sally for having us at your air BnB and being such an incredible host. My next trip to the GC I absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you again!

Our stay at Hillview was absolutely amazing. The views were spectacular. The accomodation was cozy and comfortable. Our time there was so restful and refreshing to the soul. The host…just wow!…Julie went over and above making our stay one we won’t forget. She is an amazing person with some amazing life stories. Oh and even when we opened the fridge, we found fruit, fresh farm eggs and also some bacon…along with so much more. The BBQ grill did a fantastic job of producing mouth watering steaks. All I can say is that there is something special about the Hillview property and Julie, the host. Hope to return and experience the country life again. (Oh by the way, loved seeing the baby lambs!)

Pip and her husband were very friendly and met us on arrival, offered to help us with our luggage to the self contained beautiful, private accommodation at the rear of their property. All the little extras made such a difference, fresh sourdough, jam, butter, ground coffee and plunger, bowl of fruit and cookies, such hospitable hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and Pip and her husband were happy to give us local recommendations for the area and nearby places of interest. Such a beautiful garden and our dogs will be sad to leave, they have made themselves at home ! Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to be back another time when the weather is kinder and would not hesitate to recommend your beautiful accommodation to others. Best wishes, Jo and Vic 🙏

Really enjoyed our stay, the place was beautiful and was everything we were expecting and more

Our family loved our time here. The house is perfectly located, with town and the beach a very short walk away. The place had all the amenities, plus the bonus of the pool and pinball machine made it extra fun. We had 5 adults, but the house would easily accomodate 3 couples. We hope to be back one day!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home.  The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to book this place again. If a carefree break sounds like your thing, cosy cottage will absolutely deliver. A point of difference was bathing on the balcony! Imagine soaking in a hot bath just footsteps from rainforest, the sounds of birds, a swift running creek, it was an experience I intend to do again!

Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

Robert and Gailee were the perfect hosts. Friendly and easy to talk with, as well as being a wealth of information on the local area. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Sweetwater Cottage and would highly recommend it! Would certainly come again :)

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
