Come visit our beautiful home in central Pennsylvania! We are located Just a short drive from Knoebels Amusement park, The AOAA (Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area) ATV park, Lake Tobias, Pioneer Tunnel Coal Mine, and State Game Hunting land just to name a few of the area attractions. Have the walk out basement all to yourself. We have two young kids and a Great Dane, free ranging chickens, all are friendly! I love meeting new people and being a host. Quiet location nestled between farmland and state gameland. Gorgeous view and sunsets overlooking seven mountain ridges. Newer construction featuring spacious kitchen, large master bedroom with whirlpool tub, and modern appliances. Basement was just completed in 2025. Now with a separate bedroom and playroom. Large Playground outside with plenty of swings and slides. Outdoor fire pit/grill with picnic tables, umbrellas, and lawn chairs. Wood and lighter fluid provided.

Roaring Creek, a premiere trout stream, runs through the farm in addition to a nearby pond. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch while watching deer/turkey in the fields. Fire pit is in the back yard. Enjoy a welcome sampling of homemade, farm fresh produce/preserves upon arrival.
