This Modern City Centre Penthouse is in the heart of Nottingham, with restaurants, shops and bars at a stones throw away. Being very close to Nottingham Castle and Motorpoint Arena, its the ideal penthouse for city living and modern comfort. Whether you're visiting the city for work or a break, this penthouse can accommodate to everything. Sofa bed in living room, extra fees per person. Discounts are available for long stays. 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays. PLEASE NOTE- NO LIFT.

The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

The city garden flat

This distinctive flat within a flat is set in The Park which is a private estate with gas street lighting and a true old world feel to it. It's a quiet enclave close to the castle, just a quick walk and you are in the heart of the city. The property is an original Victorian residence set in a large landscaped garden, with off street parking for 1 car.
