Our bungalow lies on the outskrits of the village Marčana on an 2500 sqm private plot. There is a 40 sqm terrace on the garden side and a 36 sqm terrace at the backside. One terrace is partially covered with vine, which spends pleasant shade during summer. The surrounding area is rural with lots of forest and vineyards. The furnishing of the bungalow is comfortable and functional.

The cozy 23 sqm large studio has a large double bed, bathroom and small but fully equipped kitchen. All this is located in one room except the bathroom. The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. Bungalov Biba nalazi se u dvorištu obiteljske kuće, u sporednoj i mirnoj ulici, udaljenoj oko 1 km od plaže. Smješten je u prizemlju, a sastoji se od opremljene kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa sofa ležajem za jednu dodatnu osobu, dvije spavaće sobe i kupaonice.
